Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using GetQRly, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the website, generator, informational pages, and downloadable output provided through GetQRly.
The service
GetQRly provides tools for creating static QR codes from information supplied by the user. The service may allow downloads in formats such as PNG and SVG. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed without guaranteeing continued availability.
Static QR codes store their content directly. GetQRly cannot change an already downloaded or printed static code. You are responsible for verifying the encoded information and testing the code before publishing, printing, distributing, or relying on it.
Permitted use
You may use QR codes created with GetQRly for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You must not use the service to facilitate fraud, impersonation, malware, phishing, harassment, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, or distribution of illegal or harmful material.
You must not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass security measures, overload the infrastructure, scrape the service in a manner that disrupts operation, or falsely imply that GetQRly endorses your code, destination, business, or campaign.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the information you enter and the destinations linked by your QR codes. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that information. You are responsible for compliance with laws, platform rules, marketing requirements, privacy obligations, and consent requirements that apply to your use.
Do not assume that a generated code is suitable for safety-critical, emergency, medical, financial, access-control, or other high-risk uses. Always provide an appropriate alternative and independently test the complete workflow.
Intellectual property
The GetQRly name, website design, written content, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy the website, misrepresent ownership, or use GetQRly branding in a confusing manner. Subject to these terms, you may use the QR image generated from your submitted information.
Third-party services
A QR code may lead to a third-party website or application. GetQRly does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or actions. References to third-party products or platforms do not imply endorsement.
No warranties
GetQRly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every scanner, or suitable for a particular purpose. You should test every code in its actual context before use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetQRly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, failed campaigns, printing costs, or harm resulting from a QR destination, scanning failure, user error, or service interruption.
Changes and termination
Access may be restricted when necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to address misuse. These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date will identify the current version, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
